How It All Started
   Carol Brengelman and Stacie Williams worked together at another small Christian school for about five years before God called them to open Ohio Christian Academy.
   In May of 2015, Stacie and Carol met with Pastor Ray at Stratford Heights Church of God, and asked if he would allow them to start their school in the classrooms of the church.
   After much prayer and discussion with the board, they were given the church's blessing to open the school on June 24th, 2015.Â
Carol and Stacie worked hard to open the school that fall. The school started with 25 students grades K-12.Â
   God has had His hand on the school. Carol and Stacie can share many testimonies of what God has done over the years, and what He continues to do today.

Where We Are Headed
The OCA staff encourages students to build Christ-like relationships based on Biblical truth and to share God's love through their words, actions, and talents. Our goal is to train Christian leaders by educating the whole child: Mind, Body, and Spirit.
   OCA provides a challenging , Christian, Hands-On curriculum designed to encourage individual growth beyond typical academic grade levels.
   As of 2023, Ohio Christian Academy not only offers academics, but also offers drama, voice, piano, art, volleyball, and basketball.
