Complete the interview and reference process.
Complete the required registration forms and pay registration fees.
Start classes.

Costs and tuition

Pricing is current for the 2025-2026 school year.

Tuition

Tuition cost is currently $6500 for one child in grades K4-8. $8500 grades 9-12. Many families choose to break this up into monthly payments of $650/$850 o 10 months, August - May.  If payments are made monthly, they are due by the 1st of each month.

Multi-child discount

We do offer families with more than one child, a multi-child discount on tuition based on family need. 

Book Fees and Volunteer Fees

Book fees/Registration fees are as follows:
Grades Kindergarten 4-year-old, (pre-K) through 2nd grade is $500 per child. *(No discounts for books)
Grades 3rd - 12th is $600 per child.
Volunteer fee is $300 per year. (If parents do not fulfill the family volunteer requirement of at least three events.)

Uniforms and additional costs

All students are required to wear uniforms available through Shaheens in Sharonville. Details are listed in our handbook.
